The experts everyone turns to.
Journalists, clients, and now the AI tools people ask who to trust.
1.
Understand the objective
We start with a conversation. What actually needs to change: commercially, professionally or reputationally? We agree what success should look like, and how we'll measure it, before deciding how communications can contribute.
2.
Write the plan
We set out the brief, identify the audiences that matter and develop the messages for each of them. For an organisation with several experts, that includes a spokesperson structure, so subjects are owned rather than contested. We also measure how often you currently appear in AI answers, so progress can be shown.
3.
Map the channels
We work out where those audiences spend their time and which publications, programmes, podcasts and platforms they trust, and which sources AI tools draw on, so effort goes where it will actually be seen.
4.
Run the day to day
Most expert comment moves fast. A journalist needs a response within hours, so requests go straight to a dedicated group with the relevant experts, a response is drafted and checked, and we chase it through to publication.
Planned opportunities, like awards, guides and awareness days, run on a critical path, so submission windows and deadlines are never missed.
We also develop stories proactively, around both the news agenda and the calendar, from a seasonal safety story to a public health story prompted by a genuine news event.
Where a client has a strong case study, we interview them, arrange photography and build a pitch that gets it placed, and syndicated as widely as possible.
Anything more sensitive, a crisis, a reputational issue or a client with a complex history, is handled with more structure: formal briefing documents, agreed statements and closer day-to-day oversight.
5.
Report on progress
Meetings happen as often as a client needs them, whether that's weekly, monthly or quarterly. Everyone receives a written coverage report every month, so progress against the plan is always visible. We now also offer AI visibility tracking, showing how often you appear in AI answers.
